Feasibility Study on the Cultivation of Inter-disciplinary Young Standardization Talent with Russian Language Advantages in Heilongjiang Province

摘　　要：黑龙江省在“十四五”加强对俄罗斯人文交流合作发展经验的基础上,进一步落实《国家标准化发展纲要》精神,依托对俄标准化交流经验,结合该省俄语优势一流大学和俄语应用一流学科建设需求,共同探讨俄语优势学科结合标准化领域进行“研学合作”需求分析,与俄罗斯标准化培训机构共同培养中俄复合型标准化青年人才。力求为建设熟练掌握国际规则、精通专业技术的国际标准化青年人才队伍提供可落实可创新可复制的技术路线。Base on experience in strengthening people-to-people exchanges and cooperation with Russia during the 14th Five-year Plan period,Heilongjiang will further implement the National Standardization Development Outline.Based on Heilongjiang’s experience in the standardization exchange with Russia,and the need of building top-ranking Russian universities and top-ranking disciplines of Russian application,this paper analyzes the demand of“cooperation of research and study”in the field of the integration of the advantageous disciplines of Russian language with standardization,and discusses the feasibility of jointly cultivating inter-disciplinary young standardization talent with Russian standardization training institutions.It strives to provide feasible,innovative,and replicable technological routes,to build a team of international young standardization talent that is proficient in international rules and professional skills.
