摘　　要：本研究旨在通过对中国、欧盟和美国非道路移动机械排放标准的对比分析,揭示不同国家或地区在排放限值、技术要求方面的差异与特点。本文首先总结了中国、欧盟和美国非道路移动机械排放标准法规发展历程,然后对中欧美现行标准进行深入的对比分析。研究发现,中国非道路移动机械排放标准在实施时间、排放限值、技术要求等方面与欧盟和美国仍存在一定差距。本研究将有助于非道路移动机械整机及发动机生产企业了解不同市场的排放要求,并为企业产品研发提供参考。This paper aims to reveal the differences and characteristics in emission limits and technical requirements among different countries or regions by comparing and analyzing the emission standards of non-road mobile machinery in China,the European Union,and the United States.This paper summarizes the development of emission standards for non-road mobile machinery in China,the European Union and the United States,and makes an in-depth comparative analysis of their current standards.It is found that there is still a certain gap between China’s non-road mobile machinery emission standards and those of the European Union and the United States in terms of implementation time,emission limits,and technical requirements.This paper will help non-road mobile machinery and engine manufacturers to understand the emission requirements of different markets,and provide a reference for product research and development in enterprises.
