摘  要:随着油气勘探逐渐向超深水、超深层、超高温和超高压等特殊环境和复杂地层的不断发展,钻井关键设备的性能要求和技术标准面临新的挑战。本文对超高温高压环境下关键设备的技术标准进行了深入分析,重点对钻井防喷器(BOP)和井口装置的技术标准现状进行了探讨。通过与国际通用的API标准对比,发现国内标准在设计、材料和试验方法上已取得显著进展,如GB/T22513标准的本土化改进,有效满足了国内特定工况的需求。尽管如此,国内标准在覆盖范围、技术要求及操作规范方面与国际标准相比仍有不足,亟须进一步的更新和完善。为此,本文建议加强国际合作、推动技术创新,并提高标准的适应性,以增强中国标准的全球影响力和国内设备的国际竞争力。通过这些措施,旨在提高资源开发的安全性和效率,为确保全球能源安全和促进环境保护作出积极贡献。As oil and gas exploration progressively extends into special environments and complex formations such as ultradeep water,ultra-deep layers,ultra-high temperatures,and ultra-high pressures,new challenges are posed for the performance requirements and technical standards of key drilling equipment.This paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the technical standards for key equipment in ultra-high temperature and pressure environments,focusing on the current status of the technical standards for drilling blowout preventers(BOP)and wellhead equipment.By comparing with the internationally accepted API standards,it is found that domestic standards have made significant progress in design,materials,and testing methods.For instance,the localization improvement of the standard GB/T 22513 has effectively adapts to the special working conditions in China.However,domestic standards still fall short of international standards in terms of the coverage,technical requirements,and operational specifications,which need to be further updated and improved.The paper proposes development directions such as strengthening international cooperation,promoting technological innovation,and enhancing the flexibility of standards to improve the international influence of Chinese standards and the global competitiveness of domestic equipment.It is expected to ensure the safety and efficiency of resource development through the improvement of technical standards,and to contribute to global energy security and environmental protection.
