摘 要:本文面向我国智能网联汽车道路测试和示范应用的运行安全监管需求,对测试车辆上传的监管数据进行分析验证,提出了一种利用车辆定位数据的智能网联汽车运行安全监管数据质量评价方法。首先,通过投影变换将车辆的经纬度定位数据转换成实际的位置轨迹;其次,通过位置轨迹的差分和滤波计算,获得车辆的速度和航向角评估值;最后,构建包括轨迹距离误差、速度误差和航向角误差等评估指标的数据质量评价机制,对智能网联汽车运行安全监管数据进行质量评价。该方法简洁明确,能够在监管数据接收的过程中实时处理,有效保障了智能网联汽车运行安全监管工作,并进一步支持交通安全事件的分析挖掘。Aiming at the operational safety supervision needs of road testing and demonstration applications of intelligent connected vehicles in China,this paper analyzes and verifies the supervision data uploaded by the test vehicles,and proposes a quality evaluation method for the operational safety supervision data of intelligent connected vehicles based on the vehicle positioning data.Firstly,the latitude and longitude positioning data of the vehicle is converted into the actual position trajectory through projection transformation;secondly,the speed and heading angle values of the vehicle are evaluated through the differential and filtering calculation of the position trajectory;finally,a data quality evaluation mechanism including evaluation indicators such as trajectory distance errors,speed errors and heading angle errors is constructed to evaluate the quality of the operational safety supervision data of intelligent connected vehicles.This method is concise and clear,and enables real-time data processing when receiving supervision data,which effectively guarantees the operational safety supervision of intelligent connected vehicles and further supports the analysis and mining of traffic safety incidents.
