摘  要:针对传统的酒驾醉驾接触式排查方式面临的警力需求大、排查方式单一、排查效率低等问题,本文基于酒精气体的光谱吸收特性及红外激光气体检测原理,结合酒驾检测的特定应用场景需求,以红外半导体激光器、光电探测器、检测光路、电路及算法为主体软硬件技术框架,分析基于TDLAS的红外气体检测系统工作机理,构建红外激光气体检测模型,制定实验室测试方法及测试流程并开展仿真模拟;基于仿真模拟测试结果,搭建红外激光酒精气体检测系统样机,开展实验室场景及实路场景样机性能测试验证。实验室场景下验证结果为样机对酒精气体定量测试精度优于3 ppm*m,实路场景下验证结果为样机可定性判断驾驶室内有无酒精气体。In view of the problems of high police force demand,single detection method and low detection efficiency in the traditional contact-based detection methods for drunk driving screening,this paper is based on the spectral absorption characteristics of alcohol gas and the principle of infrared laser gas detection.In combination with the specific application scenario requirements drunk driving detection,the paper takes the infrared semiconductor laser,photoelectric detector,detection optical path,circuit and algorithm as the main body of software and hardware technology framework,analyzes the working mechanism of infrared gas detection system based on TDLAS,builds infrared laser gas detection model,formulates laboratory test methods and test procedures,and carries out simulation.Building on the simulation test results,a prototype of infrared laser alcohol gas detection system is built,and the prototype performance test verification is carried out in the laboratory and real road scenarios.The results in the laboratory show that the prototype has a quantitative test accuracy of alcohol gas better than 3ppm*m,and the verification results in the real road scenario show that the prototype can qualitatively determine whether there is alcohol gas in the driver’s cabin.
