摘　　要：近年来,技术性贸易措施已成为制约我国产品出口的重要的非关税性措施。本文旨在统计WTO主要成员2019至2024年期间发布与信息通信产品相关的技术性贸易措施,从技术性贸易措施数量、来源、理由、领域、涉及的产品方面研究信息通信产品技术性贸易措施的特点以及发展趋势,为深圳市信息通信产品出口应对贸易壁垒提出建议和指引。In recent years,technical barriers to trade have become an important non-tariff measures restricting China’s product export.This paper aims to count the technical barriers to trade related to information and communication products issued by major WTO members during the period of 2019-2024,and studies the characteristics and development trends of technical barriers to trade for key energy storage products in terms of the number,source,reason,field,and products involved,in order to provide suggestions and guidelines for Shenzhen’s export of information and communication products to deal with trade barriers.
