摘 要:越南正致力于实现电力和绿色能源的快速转型。越南在其能源总体规划中设定了宏伟的目标,计划到2030年将可再生能源在一次能源消费总量中的占比提高至15%~20%,并预计到2050年这一比例将显著提升至80%~85%。本文深入分析越南电池类产品的技术性贸易措施,包括发展现状、战略规划、监管机构、技术法规和合格评定等方面,不仅有助于企业把握越南储能市场的政策动向和市场需求,还能为企业在越南市场的布局提供策略建议,从而促进电池类产品在越南市场的推广和应用。Vietnam is committed to a rapid transition to electricity and green energy.Vietnam has set ambitious goals in its overall plan on energy,to increase the share of renewable energy in total primary energy consumption to 15%~20%by 2030,and expects to significantly increase this share to 80%~85%by 2050.This paper thoroughly analyzes the technical barriers to trade on battery products in Vietnam,including the development status,strategic planning,regulatory agencies,technical regulations and conformity assessment,which not only helps enterprises grasp the policy trends and market demand of Vietnam’s energy storage market,but also provides strategic suggestions for the layout of enterprises in Vietnam’s market,so as to promote the popularization and application of battery products in Vietnam’s market.
