摘　　要：当前信息技术高速发展,监管主体也必须提高自身信息化水平,才能适应数字经济下市场监管现代化的要求。随着政府对市场监管信息化建设重视程度不断提高,信息化项目过程管理问题及网络与信息化安全等问题也不断凸显,解决这些问题的途径之一就是建立市场监管信息化项目过程管理及网络与信息化安全工作标准体系,以标准建设支撑引领市场监管信息化发展。本文结合湖北省工作实际,构建湖北省市场监管信息化项目过程管理及网络与信息化安全工作标准体系,旨在通过标准化手段规范项目管理流程、提升信息安全水平、推动标准化建设等方式,为市场监管信息化建设提供有力保障和支持,推动市场监管工作的创新和发展。At present,information technology is developing at a fast pace,and the supervisory body also needs to improve its own informatization level in order to adapt to the requirements of market supervision upgrading under the digital economy.As the government attaches increasing importance to market supervision informatization construction,the development and improvement of informatization construction in the process of informatization project process management problems and network and information technology security and other issues also continue to highlight,one of the ways to solve these problems is to establish the market supervision informatization project process management and network and information technology security standard system,to lead the development of market supervision informatization with the support of standard construction.This paper combines the actual work of Hubei Province,to build the Hubei market supervision informatization project process management and network and information technology security work standard system,aims to standardize the project management process through standardized means,improve the level of information security,and promote the standardization of construction and other ways,to provide a strong protection and support for the construction of market supervision informatization,and promote the innovation and development of market supervision work.
