摘　　要：本文在分析节约型高校发展现状的基础上,从国家、地方、行业标准现状出发,分析节约型高校餐饮标准体系构建需求,进行框架设计,阐述体系内容,并就此提出节约型高校餐饮后续发展的建议,以期为节约型高校标准化长足发展提供参考。On the basis of analyzing the development status of conservation-oriented colleges and universities,this paper starts with the present situation of the national,local and sectoral standards,analyzes the requirements,framework design,and content of conservation-oriented university catering standards system,and provides suggestions for the subsequent development of conservation-oriented university catering,in order to provide reference for the longterm standardization development of conservation-oriented universities.
