摘　　要：殡葬服务作为一项综合性工作,涵盖众多专业领域,其开展需遵循特定规范与标准。构建殡葬服务标准化体系意义重大,不仅能切实提升服务质量,还可有力推动殡葬行业稳健前行。标准化建设在规范殡葬行为、优化服务水准的同时,对改善行业社会形象、增进公众信任亦大有裨益。基于此,本文聚焦殡葬服务标准化建设,深入剖析当前殡葬行业现有标准概况,全面探讨标准化建设进程中遭遇的挑战与困境,并依据问题提出针对性强的对策与建议,以期为殡葬服务标准化建设的深入推进提供有益借鉴与参考。Funeral services,as comprehensive work covering a wide range of professional fields,are carried out in accordance with specific norms and standards.It is of great significance to build a funeral service standardization system,which can not only effectively improve the quality of service,but also effectively promote the steady development of the funeral industry.Standardization construction can regulate funeral behaviors and optimize the service level,and at the same time are beneficial to improve the industry’s social image and enhance public trust.Based on this,this paper focuses on the standardization construction of funeral services,makes an in-depth analysis of the existing standards in the funeral industry,comprehensively discusses the challenges and difficulties encountered in the standardization construction process,and puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions,in order to provide useful reference for the in-depth promotion of the standardization construction of funeral services.
