摘　　要：为了建立顶空气相色谱法检验血液中乙醇浓度测量结果的不确定度评估方法。依据检验流程及相关资料分析不确定度来源,量化不确定度分量,合成标准不确定度和计算扩展不确定度。结果表明,校准曲线引入的不确定度分量最大。顶空气相色谱法检验血液中乙醇浓度不确定度主要来源于校准曲线。To establish a method for evaluating the uncertainty in the determination of ethanol concentration in human blood by HS-GC.In accordance with the inspection process and relevant data,this paper analyzes the source of uncertainty,qualifies the component of uncertainty,synthesizes the uncertainty of standards,and calculates the extended uncertainty.Results show that the uncertainty component introduced by calibration curve is the largest.The uncertainty of ethanol concentration in blood by HS-GC mainly derives from calibration curve.
