摘　　要：本文探索性地在民办高校教师数字素养评价体系标准化建设中应用“PDCA”循环理论,通过引进先进的信息技术,创新评价模式及手段,旨在确立客观的数字素养评价指标,进一步优化高校教师数字素养评价体系。此外,建立教师数字素养综合评估与发展跟踪系统,通过科学的评估与反馈,增强教师数字技术的运用能力,提高教师在教学活动中数字技术的应用水平,全面提升高校教师的数字素养。This paper explores the application of the PDCA cycle theory in the standardization construction of the digital literacy evaluation system of teachers in private colleges and universities,introduces advanced information technology,innovates the evaluation model and means,and aims to establish an objective digital literacy evaluation index and further optimize the digital literacy evaluation system of teachers in colleges and universities.In addition,it establishes a comprehensive evaluation and development tracking system for teachers’digital literacy to enhance teachers’ability to use digital technology,improve teachers’application level of digital technology in teaching activities,and comprehensively improve the digital literacy of college teachers through scientific evaluation and feedback.
