摘 要:OBE理念注重以结果为导向,旨在教学过程中锻炼学生能力,与CBCL教学标准相结合可有效调动学习的积极性,在案例协作中引导学生开阔思维,提高解决实际问题的能力,从而提高教学效果。本文以湘潭医卫职业技术学院2022级口腔医学专业212名学生为研究对象,分为对照组和实验组,开展牙列缺失全口义齿修复教学,其中对照组采用传统教学法,实验组采用OBE理念+CBCL教学标准,评价两组学生综合学习效果。经评估,实验组考核成绩高于对照组,P<0.05,且教学满意度也高于对照组,P<0.05。可见,OBE理念+CBCL教学标准能提高牙列缺失全口义齿修复实验课的教学效果。OBE focuses on the result-oriented concept,aiming to exercise students’ability in the teaching process.Combined with CBCL teaching standards,OBE can effectively mobilize the enthusiasm of learning,guide students to broaden their thinking in case cooperation,improve their ability to solve practical problems,and thus improve the teaching effect.In this paper,212 students majoring in stomatology in grade 2022 of Xiangtan Medicine&Health Vocational College were divided into the control group and the experimental group to receive the teaching of complete denture restoration for dentition defect.The traditional teaching method was adopted in the control group,and the OBE concept+CBCL teaching standard was adopted in the experimental group to evaluate the comprehensive learning effect of the students in the two groups.After evaluation,the test score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the teaching satisfaction of the experimental group was also higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).It can be seen that OBE concept and CBCL teaching standard can improve the teaching effect of complete denture restoration experiment course for dentition defect.
