摘　　要：本文阐述了SBAR标准化沟通模式的概念,介绍了SBAR标准化沟通模式的创新进展,分析了SBAR标准化沟通模式在我国临床护理各部门的应用及取得的良好效果,以期为SBAR标准化沟通模式的临床实践提供理论依据,从而促进医疗团队的沟通合作,提高护理质量,保障患者安全。This paper expounds the concept of SBAR standardized communication mode,summarizes the innovation progress of SBAR standardized communication mode,and summarizes the application status of SBAR standardized communication mode in clinical nursing in China,in order to provide theoretical basis for clinical practice of SBAR standardized communication mode,so as to promote communication and cooperation among medical teams,improve nursing quality,and ensure patient safety.
