摘　　要：目的:评估标准化吸入疗法护理方案在改善哮喘患者控制水平上的有效性。方法:选取2022年3月至2024年3月期间在甘肃省白银市第一人民医院接受治疗的140例确诊为哮喘的成人患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,各70例,对照组接受常规护理,实验组接受标准化吸入疗法护理方案,包括详细的吸入技术指导等。所有参与者均在研究开始前及6个月后进行了肺功能测试、哮喘控制问卷调查(ACQ-5)以及哮喘生活质量问卷(AQLQ)。结果:经过6个月的干预后,实验组患者的肺功能指标(如FEV1/FVC比率)显著改善(P<0.05),与对照组相比差异具有统计学意义。此外,实验组的ACQ-5评分降至1.2±0.5(P<0.001),而对照组变化不大。AQLQ得分也显示出实验组有更大幅度的提升(升至5.6±0.9,P<0.001),对照组则增加至4.3±1.1(P=0.12)。结论:标准化吸入疗法护理方案对于改善哮喘患者的控制水平效果较好,该方案通过提升患者对于吸入疗法的正确使用和持续依从性,有助于实现更好的临床结局。Objective:To evaluate the effect of standardized inhalation therapy nursing plan on improving the control level of patients’asthma.Methods:A total of 140 adult patients diagnosed with asthma who received treatment in the First People’s Hospital of Baiyin from March 2022 to March 2024 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into two groups,with 70 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing and the experimental group received standardized inhalation therapy nursing plan,including detailed inhalation technical guidance.All participants underwent lung function tests,the Asthma Control Questionnaire(ACQ-5),and the Asthma Quality of Life Questionnaire(AQLQ)before the start of the study and six months later.Results:After 6 months of intervention,the pulmonary function indicators(such as FEV1/FVC ratio)of the experimental group were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group.In addition,ACQ-5 scores in the experimental group decreased to 1.2±0.5(P<0.001),while there was little change in the control group.AQLQ scores in the experimental group also showed a greater increase to 5.6±0.9(P<0.001)and those in the control group increased to 4.3±1.1(P=0.12).Conclusion:The standardized inhalation therapy nursing plan is effective in improving the control level of patients’asthma,and it helps achieve better clinical outcomes by improving the correct use and continuous compliance of patients with inhalation therapy.
