标准化鼻内窥镜手术联合药物治疗慢性鼻窦炎的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析标准化鼻内窥镜手术联合药物治疗慢性鼻窦炎的效果。方法:选取蚌埠医科大学第二附属医院2022年1月—2023年12月收治的60例慢性鼻窦炎患者,分为对照组与观察组,各30例,两组均接受标准化鼻内窥镜手术治疗,观察组患者额外接受药物治疗。对比两组治疗效果、治疗前后NOSE、SIT评分。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高达100.00%,高于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组NOSE评分均较高(P>0.05);治疗后,两组NOSE评分均降低,但观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组SIT评分均较低(P>0.05);治疗后,两组SIT评分均提升,但观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:标准化鼻内窥镜手术联合药物治疗慢性鼻窦炎时,疗效优于手术单一治疗,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To analyze the effect of standardized nasal endoscopic surgery combined with drugs in the treatment of chronic sinusitis.Methods:A total of 60 patients with chronic sinusitis admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University from January 2022 to December 2023 were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups received standardized nasal endoscopic surgery,and patients in the observation group received additional drug treatment.The treatment effect,NOSE and SIT scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 100.00%,which was higher than that of the control group(73.33%)(P<0.05).Before treatment,NOSE scores were high in both groups(P>0.05).After treatment,NOSE score decreased in both groups,but the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,SIT scores were low in both groups(P>0.05).After treatment,SIT score increased in both groups,but the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized nasal endoscopic surgery combined with drugs in the treatment of chronic sinusitis has better curative effect than single surgical treatment,which is worthy of clinical application.
