摘  要:目的:分析针对高血压合并冠心病患者,将标准化阶段性健康教育应用于护理中的效果。方法:选取2023年8月至2024年8月武威市凉州医院收治的84例高血压合并冠心病患者,分为常规组和实验组,各42例,常规组接受常规健康教育,实验组接受标准化阶段性健康教育,对比两组的疾病认知程度、自我效能、遵医行为。结果:护理后,实验组的疾病认知程度得分要高于常规组(P<0.05);护理后,实验组的GSES评分要高于常规组(P<0.05);护理后,实验组的CSMS评分要高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:针对高血压合并冠心病患者,将标准化阶段性健康教育应用于护理中,对改善患者的疾病认知程度、自我效能和遵医行为具有良好的积极作用。Objective:To analyze the effect of standardized phased health education in the nursing of patients with hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease.Methods:84 patients with hypertension combined with CHD admitted to Liangzhou Hospital of Wuwei from August 2023 to August 2024 were divided into the conventional group and the experimental group,with 42 cases in each group.The conventional group received routine health education,while the experimental group received standardized phased health education.The disease cognition degree,selfefficacy and compliance behavior of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,the score of disease cognition degree in the experimental group was higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05);After nursing,the G SES s core of t he e xperimental g roup w as h igher t han t hat of t he c onventional g roup(P<0.05).After nursing,the CSMS score of the experimental group was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with hypertension combined with coronary heart disease,the application of standardized phased health education in nursing has a positive effect on improving patients'disease cognition,self-efficacy and compliance behavior.
