摘  要:目的:评估接触-介绍-沟通-询问-回答-离开(CICARE)标准化沟通方法应用在老年高血压(EH)合并冠心病(CHD)患者中的效果及对提升护理满意度的作用。方法:选取2023年1月至2023年12月甘肃省第二人民医院收治的83例老年EH合并CHD患者,分为对照组和观察组,对照组42例,采用常规护理,观察组41例,在常规护理基础上加用CICARE标准化沟通方法,评价组间焦虑(SAS)及抑郁(SDS)自评量表、自我感受负担量表(SPBS)、护理满意度。结果:护理后,观察组SAS、SDS、SPBS更低,总满意率更高,P<0.05。结论:对老年EH合并CHD患者采用CICARE标准化沟通方法,可以缓解焦虑、抑郁情绪,减轻自我感受负担,提升护理满意度。Objective:To evaluate the effect of CICARE in elderly patients with hypertension(EH)combined with coronary heart disease(CHD)and its role in improving nursing satisfaction.Methods:In this study,83 elderly EH patients with CHD admitted to the Second People’s Hospital of Gansu Province from January 2023 to December 2023 were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 42 cases in the control group and 41 cases in the observation group.The CICARE standardized communication method was added on the basis of routine care.The anxiety(SAS)and depression(SDS)self-rating scales,self-perceived burden scale(SPBS)and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were evaluated.Results:After nursing,the SAS,SDS and SPBS of the observation group were lower,and the total satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:CICARE standardized communication method for elderly EH patients with CHD can relieve anxiety and depression,reduce self-perceived burden,and improve nursing satisfaction.
