标准化护理对老年冠心病伴心律失常的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析标准化护理对老年冠心病伴心律失常的影响。方法:选择郑州工业应用技术学院某合作医院于2022年1月至2023年12月期间收治的86例老年冠心病伴心律失常患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各43例,对照组采用常规方法护理,观察组实施标准化护理干预,对比两组的干预效果。结果:干预前两组心功能对比无明显差异,干预后两组心功能都有明显提高。观察组自护能力、心功能、HHI评分、生活质量、护理满意度均明显高于对照组,观察组住院时间明显低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:对老年冠心病伴心律失常实施标准化护理干预效果更佳,可显著增强患者自护能力,进一步提高心功能,提高生活质量,提升护理满意度,有较高应用价值。Objective:To analyze the effect of standardized nursing on elderly coronary heart disease with arrhythmia.Methods:A total of 86 patients with elderly coronary heart disease and arrhythmia admitted to a cooperative hospital of Zhengzhou University of Industrial Technology from January 2022 to December 2023 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing methods,and the observation group received standardized nursing intervention.The intervention effect of the two groups were compared.Results:There was no significant difference in cardiac function between the two groups before intervention,but both groups improved significantly after intervention.The self-care ability,heart function,HHI score,quality of life and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,while the length of hospital stay in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).C onclusion:T he effect of s tandardized nursing i ntervention on elderly c oronary heart d isease w ith arrhythmia is better,which can significantly enhance patients’self-care ability,further improve cardiac function,improve quality of life,and enhance nursing satisfaction with high application value.
