酒石酸美托洛尔标准化治疗扩张型心肌病的药理作用研究

摘　　要：目的:分析对扩张型心肌病患者提供酒石酸美托洛尔标准化治疗的意义。方法:选取2022年11月至2023年11月砀山县人民医院收治的60例扩张型心肌病患者,分为常规组和研究组,各30例,分别提供常规治疗及酒石酸美托洛尔标准化治疗,对比两组患者的差异性。结果:研究组患者的心功能更佳(P<0.05);研究组患者的心肌酶谱指标改善效果更佳(P<0.05)。结论:对于扩张型心肌病患者而言,给予其酒石酸美托洛尔标准化治疗,有助于提升患者的心功能,纠正患者的心肌酶谱指标水平。Objective:To analyze the significance of standardized treatment with metoprolol tartrate in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy.Methods:A total of 60 patients with dilated cardiomyopathy treated admitted to Dangshan County People’s Hospital from November 2022 to November 2023 were divided into the routine group and the study group,with 30 cases in each group.The patients were provided with routine treatment and standardized treatment with metoprool tartrate respectively,and the differences between the two groups were compared.Results:The patients in the study group had better cardiac function(P<0.05).The improvement of myocardial enzyme index in the study group was better(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with dilated cardiomyopathy,the standardized treatment with metoprolol tartrate is helpful to improve the cardiac function and correct the myocardial enzyme index level.
