胺碘酮标准化治疗心衰合并快速型心律失常患者的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析胺碘酮标准化治疗心衰合并快速型心律失常患者的效果。方法:选取2023年1月—2023年12月甘肃省陇南市礼县第一人民医院收治的40例心衰合并快速型心律失常患者,分为对照组和观察组,各20例。对照组接受常规药物治疗,观察组在此基础上加入胺碘酮标准化治疗。对比两组疗效、心功能情况、不良反应情况。结果:观察组疗效较对照组更高(P<0.05);观察组左心室射血分数较对照组显著提高,左室收缩末期直径、左室舒张末期直径较对照组显著降低(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:胺碘酮标准化治疗心衰合并快速型心律失常具有较高的安全性,能够提高患者的治疗效果,有效改善患者的心功能。Objective:To analyze the effect of standardized treatment with amiodarone in patients with heart failure complicated with tachyarrhythmia.Methods:40 patients with heart failure complicated with tachyarrhythmia admitted to Lixian First People’s Hospital of Longnan City,Gansu Province from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group,with 20 cases in each group.The control group received conventional drug treatment,and the observation group was added standardized treatment with amiodarone on this basis.The effect,cardiac function and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results:The curative effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,left ventricular ejection fraction in the observation group was significantly increased,and left ventricular end-systolic diameter and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter in the observation group were significantly decreased(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Standardized treatment with amiodarone of heart failure complicated with tachyarrhythmia has high safety,which can improve the therapeutic effect of patients,and effectively improve the cardiac function of patients.
