摘　　要：中西药复方制剂作为一种融合了西药成分的中成药,代表了中西医结合治疗的发展方向。这类制剂在治疗上呼吸道感染、高血压、糖尿病等多种疾病中得到了广泛应用,并展现了显著的疗效。然而,临床研究表明,不恰当地使用中西药复方制剂可能导致药品不良反应的风险增加。本研究旨在分析中西药复方制剂的配方特点、使用过程中出现的问题以及相关的注意事项,目的在于促进其合理使用,充分挖掘中西药复方制剂的治疗潜力,并进一步推动中西医结合在疾病治疗领域的应用与进步。Chinese-Western medicine compound preparation,as a type of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) incorporating Western pharmaceutical ingredients,represent the developmental direction of integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment.These preparations have been widely used in the treatment of various diseases such as upper respiratory infections,hypertension,and diabetes,demonstrating significant efficacy.However,clinical studies have shown that inappropriate use of Chinese-Western medicine compound preparation may increase the risk of adverse drug reactions.This paper aims to organize the formulation characteristics,existing problems in use,and precautions of Chinese-Western medicine compound preparations,with the goal of promoting their rational application,maximizing the therapeutic potential of these preparations,and further promoting the application and development of integrated Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of diseases.
