急性昏迷患者急诊急救的临床分析

摘　　要：目的 分析急性昏迷患者急诊急救的临床效果。方法 纳入2022年5月-2024年5月就诊于本院急诊科的急性昏迷患者70例作为研究对象,依照对患者实施的急救方式不同将其分为对照组和实验组,每组35例。其中,对照组患者实施一般急救法,实验组患者实施急诊急救法,对比组间患者的急救总时间、治疗后并发症情况以及死亡率和预后情况。结果 实验组在急救过程总时长、急救后并发症发生情况以及死亡率等方面低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组在急救后3个月的FMA量表评分以及Barhtel指数显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 对急诊中急性昏迷患者采取急诊急救措施,能够显著降低救治所需时间,减少并发症的发生率及死亡率,具有一定的临床应用价值。Objective To analyze and summarize the clinical emergency measures and experience of patients with acute coma.Methods 70 patients with acute coma who were admitted to the emergency department of our hospital from May 2022 to May 2024 were included as the research object,and they were divided into two groups according to the different first aid methods,the control group and the experimental group with 35 cases in each group.Among them,the patients in the control group were given the general first aid method in our hospital,while the patients in the experimental group were given the first aid method.The total first aid time,complications after treatment,mortality and prognosis were compared between the two groups.Results The experimental group was significantly superior to the control group in the total time of first aid,the incidence of complications and mortality,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The FMA scale score and Barhtel index of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group 3 months after emergency treatment,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of emergency first aid for emergency patients with acute coma can significantly shorten the treatment time,reduce the incidence of complications and mortality,and has certain clinical promotion value.
