艾灸联合穴位贴敷对过敏性鼻炎患者鼻阻力及EOS、ECP的影响研讨

摘　　要：目的 研究艾灸联合穴位贴敷对患者鼻阻力、嗜酸性粒细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)、嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)计数的影响。方法 选取2022年12月—2023年12月本院收治的84例过敏性鼻炎患者作为此次分析样本,并按照抽签分组法将其分成研究组和对照组,每组42例。其中,研究组实施艾灸联合穴位贴敷,对照组实施常规西药治疗,治疗后评估两组患者鼻症状积分、鼻阻力、EOS、ECP、有效率。结果 治疗后,研究组患者鼻症状评分较对照组更低(P<0.05);治疗后研究组鼻阻力较对照组低(P<0.05);EOS、ECP治疗后的组间差异显示研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗有效率更高(P<0.05)。结论 艾灸联合穴位贴敷疗效好,可以帮助患者有效改善鼻症状积分,对鼻阻力、EOS、ECP等指标的抑制效果好,推广及应用价值高。Objective To analyze the efficacy of moxibustion combined with acupoint application in the treatment of patients with allergic rhinitis,and to study its effect on nasal resistance,eosinophil cationic protein (ECP) and eosinophil (EOS) count.Methods A total of 84 patients with allergic rhinitis were selected as the samples for this analysis,divided into study group and control group,with a sample size of 42 cases,the former group was treated with moxibustion combined with acupoint application,and the latter group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the study was implemented from December 2022 to December 2023 to evaluate nasal symptom scores,nasal resistance,EOS,ECP,and effective rate.Results The nasal symptom scores of the patients were evaluated,and the results showed that the score of the study group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05),the nasal resistance of the study group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05),the difference between the groups after EOS and ECP treatment showed that the study group was lower than that of the control group,P<0.05,and the effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher,P<0.05.Conclusion Moxibustion combined with acupuncture point application has good efficacy,can help patients effectively improve nasal symptom scores,has a good inhibitory effect on nasal resistance,EOS,ECP and other indicators,and has high promotion and application value.
