超声引导下针刀松解A1滑车治疗拇指屈指肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎的临床有效性

摘　　要：目的 探讨临床对拇指屈指肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎患者采用超声引导下针刀松解A1滑车方法完成治疗后获得的临床效果。方法 选取本院2022年6月—2024年6月收治的152例拇指屈指肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎患者进行研究,以投掷硬币法为依据展开分组,每组76例。其中,参照组采用盲穿刺刀治疗,研究组采用超声引导下针刀松解A1滑车方法治疗;对比两种治疗方法结果。结果 研究组拇指屈指肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎患者除治疗后1周疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)结果较参照组显著性降低(P<0.05),其余指标均同参照组结果相当,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论 临床对拇指屈指肌腱狭窄性腱鞘炎患者在治疗期间,同盲穿法比较,超声引导下针刀松解A1滑车的应用效果相当,但可以有效缓解患者的疼痛程度。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ultrasound-guided needle knife release of A1 pulley on patients with stenosing tenosynovitis of the thumb admitted to our hospital from June 2022 to June 2024;Conduct clinical grouping based on the coin toss method;Reference group (76 cases):Clinically,blind bayonet insertion was chosen to complete disease treatment;Research group (76 cases):Clinically,ultrasound-guided needle knife loosening 1 week after treatment (P<0.05),while all other indicators were comparable to those of the control group,with no significant differences (P>0.05).Conclusion In clinical treatment of patients with stenosing tenosynovitis of the thumb flexor tendon,compared with blind puncture,the application effect of ultrasound-guided needle knife release of A1 pulley is comparable,but it can effectively alleviate the patient's pain level.
