基于CiteSpace的我国慢性病共病研究现状与趋势分析

摘　　要：目的 本研究旨在通过可视化方法对中国慢性病共病领域的文献进行深入比较与分析,揭示该领域的主要研究动态和发展趋势,探讨其未来关键研究方向。方法 基于科学计量学的知识图谱理论,检索2001—2024年中国知网、中国科学引文数据库、万方数据知识服务平台、维普网中慢性病共病领域的相关文献,使用CiteSpace 6.3.R1软件,对文献的发文量趋势、合作网络、高频关键词等方面进行分析及可视化。结果 2001—2024年,我国慢性病共病研究发文数量呈指数型增长;核心研究力量主要集中于中东部经济发达区域;文献中出现频次较多的关键词是“共病现象”“糖尿病”“抑郁症”“高血压”“焦虑”;慢性病共病领域研究发展历程可划分为3个阶段:慢性病共病认知启动期(2001—2015年),慢性病共病研究探索期(2016—2019年),慢性病共病综合管理期(2020—2024年)。结论 我国慢性病共病研究领域正迅速发展,同时应紧跟国际研究热点、加强科研合作、促进跨学科研究、建立健康管理网络、注重整体健康,推动慢性病共病领域的深度发展。ObjectiveThe aim of this study is to conduct an in-depth comparison and analysis of the literature in the field of multiple chronic conditions(MCC) in China through visualization methods,to reveal the major research dynamics and development trends in this field,and to explore its key future research directions.Methods Based on the knowledge graph theory of scientometrics,the study retrieved relevant literature in the field of MCC from CNKI,CSCD,Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform and VIP from 2001-2024,and analysed and visualised the trend of the number of publications,collaborative networks,and high-frequency keywords of the literature using CiteSpace 6.3.R1 software.Results From 2001 to 2024,the number of publications on MCC in China increased exponentially;the core research power is mainly concentrated in the economically developed regions of the central and eastern parts of the country;The keywords that appear more frequently in the literature are“comorbidity”“diabetes”“depression”“hypertension”“anxiety”;The development of research in the field of MCC can be divided into 3 phases:MCC awareness initiation period (2001—2015),MCC research exploration period(2016—2019),and MCC comprehensive management period(2020—2024).Conclusion The field of MCC research is developing rapidly in China,At the same time,it should keep abreast of international research hotspots,strengthen scientific research cooperation,promote interdisciplinary research,establish a health management network,and focus on overall health to promote the in-depth development of the field of MCC.
