摘　　要：目的 探讨重型颅脑损伤患者实施重症监护室(ICU)治疗的价值。方法 本研究从2022年1月—2024年5月医院诊疗的重型颅脑损伤患者中抽取40例进行回顾性研究,根据治疗方法的区别分成对照组(20例,普通病房治疗)和观察组(20例,ICU治疗)。对比两组各项症状[?格拉斯哥昏迷评分(GCS)?提高、血压波动、发热、呕吐]好转时间,统计两组预后良好率和并发症发生率。结果 观察组各项症状(GCS评分提高、血压波动、发热、呕吐)好转时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);预后良好率对比,观察组较对照组高(P<0.05);并发症发生率对比,观察组比对照组低(P>0.05)。结论 在重型颅脑损伤患者中实施ICU治疗,有助于缩短各项症状好转时间,降低并发症发生风险,改善预后。Objective To investigate the value of intensive care unit (ICU) treatment in patients with severe head injury.Methods In this study,40 patients with severe head injury who were treated in hospitals from January 2022 to May 2024 were retrospectively studied and divided into two groups,namely control group (20 cases,general ward treatment) and observation group (20 cases,ICU treatment).The improvement time of various symptoms (increased Glasgow Coma Score (GCS) score,blood pressure fluctuation,fever,vomiting) was compared between the two groups,and the good prognosis rate and complication rate of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results The improvement time of all symptoms (GCS score increase,blood pressure fluctuation,fever and vomiting) in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05),the prognosis rate was higher in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05),and the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P>0.05).Conclusion ICU treatment in patients with severe head injury can help shorten the time to improvement of symptoms,reduce the risk of complications,and improve the prognosis.
