摘 要:目的 探讨小儿难治性肺炎支原体肺炎的治疗方案,分析注射用甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠+米诺环素+阿奇霉素的治疗有效性、治疗安全性。方法 选取2022年7月—2024年7月本院收治的70例难治性肺炎支原体肺炎的患儿为研究对象,并按照随机抽签法分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。其中,对照组采用米诺环素+阿奇霉素治疗,观察组采用注射用甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠+米诺环素+阿奇霉素治疗,对比两组疾病康复时间、炎症因子水平、治疗总有效率和不良反应率。结果 观察组疾病康复时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗7 d后观察组炎症因子水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.0124)。观察组不良反应率高于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P=0.0124)。结论 联合应用注射用甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠、米诺环素、阿奇霉素治疗小儿难治性肺炎支原体肺炎,可缩短疾病康复时间,抑制炎症因子水平,提高临床治疗总有效率,保障治疗安全性,临床应用价值显著。Objective To investigate the treatment regimen of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children with refractory pneumonia,and to analyze the therapeutic efficacy and safety of methylprednisolone sodium succinate + minocycline + azithromycin for injection.Methods From July 2022 to July 2024,70 cases were selected,all of whom were children with refractory Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumoniae,and the random lottery method was used as a group scheme,with 2 groups,the control group (n=35 cases,treated with minocycline and azithromycin) and the observation group (n=35 cases,treated with methylprednisolone sodium succinate,minocycline and azithromycin for injection),and the recovery time,inflammatory factor level,total effective rate and adverse reaction rate of the two groups were compared.Results The recovery time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group (P<0.05).After 7 days of treatment,the level of inflammatory factors in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P=0.0124).There was no difference between the observation group and the control group (P=0.0124).Conclusion The combination of methylprednisolone sodium succinate,minocycline and azithromycin for injection in the treatment of refractory Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children can shorten the recovery time,inhibit the level of inflammatory factors,improve the total effective rate of clinical treatment,ensure the safety of treatment,and have significant clinical application value.
