急性外伤急救措施及临床应用价值探讨

摘　　要：目的 探讨急性外伤急救措施及临床应用价值。方法 选择2023年1月—2024年1月本院收治的80例急性外伤患者为研究对象,并采用随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。其中,对照组采取常规抢救措施,观察组在对照组基础上采取个性化急救措施,比较两组急救响应时间、并发症并发率、死亡率、住院天数。结果 观察组和对照组急性响应时间、平均住院天数、感染率、休克率、死亡率存在显著差异,观察组数据明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 观察组在对照组基础上采取个性化急救措施可以提升急性外伤急性抢救质量,进行更有针对性的急救治疗,并提高急救质量,在医学临床中值得广泛推广应用。Objective This paper discusses the first aid measures for acute trauma and its clinical application value.Methods A total of 80 patients with acute trauma admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the study subjects,and the group was divided into 40 cases by random number method,the control group was given routine rescue measures,and the observation group was given personalized first aid measures on the basis of the control group,and the emergency response time,complication rate,mortality rate,and length of hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Results There were significant differences in acute response time,average length of hospital stay,infection rate,shock rate,and mortality rate between the observation group and the control group.The data obtained from the observation group were significantly better than those from the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The observation group can improve the quality of acute traumatic rescue by taking personalized first aid measures on the basis of the control group,carry out more targeted first aid treatment,improve the quality of first aid,and better save lives and help the injured,which is worthy of extensive promotion and application in medical clinics.
