常规护理与Levine守恒理论的护理干预在重症肺炎患者中的价值

摘　　要：目的 研究常规护理与Levine守恒理论的护理干预在重症肺炎患者中的价值。方法 选择2022年1月—2024年5月本院收治的50例重症肺炎患者为研究对象,并依据交替分组法,将其分成研究组和常规组,每组25例。其中,常规组使用常规护理,研究组使用Levine守恒理论的护理干预,对比两组疾病健康知识掌握率、焦虑自评量表(SAS)与抑郁自评量表(SDS)的评分、肺功能指标、mMRC评分、CAT评分。结果 研究组患者疾病健康知识掌握优良率高于常规组(P<0.05);护理后,研究组患者SAS评分及SDS评分低于常规组(P<0.05);护理后,研究组患者FEV1、FVC、FEV1/FVC肺功能数值低于常规组(P<0.05);护理后,研究组mMRC评分、CAT评分低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论 Levine守恒理论的护理干预护理模式可有效改善重症肺炎患者的肺功能,提升患者的生活质量,具有良好的护理效果,值得借鉴。Objective To study the value of conventional nursing and Levine conservation theory in patients with severe pneumonia.Methods A total of 50 critically ill patients admitted from January 2022~May 2024 were selected and divided into study group and conventional group,with 25 cases in each group.The routine nursing was implemented in the routine group,and the nursing intervention of Levine conservation theory was implemented in the study group,and the disease health knowledge mastery rate,SAS and SDS scores,pulmonary function indexes,mMRC scores,and CAT scores were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the excellent rate of disease and health knowledge,the value of the study group was higher than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05;Compared with the SAS and SDS scores after nursing,the values of the study group were lower than those of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05;Compared with the values of FEV1,FVC and FEV1/FVC after nursing,the values of the study group were lower than those of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05;The value of the study group was lower than that of the conventional group,P<0.05.Conclusion The nursing intervention mode of Levine conservation theory can effectively improve the lung function and quality of life of patients with severe pneumonia,and has a good nursing effect,which is worthy of reference.
