情志护理与中医铜砭刮痧方法在失眠症患者中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的 探讨情志护理与中医铜砭刮痧方法应用在失眠症患者中的价值。方法 选取2024年1—8月本院收治的50例失眠症患者为研究对象,并实施编码封闭信封法随机划分成对照组和研究组,每组25例。其中,对照组实行常规护理模式,研究组在对照组护理基础上,实行情志护理与中医铜砭刮痧方法,治疗后对比两组患者情绪、睡眠质量、生活质量评分。结果 干预后,研究组焦虑、抑郁情绪评分低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,研究组睡眠质量评分低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,研究组生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 情志护理与中医铜砭刮痧方法应用在失眠症患者中具有改善不良情绪、提高睡眠质量和生活质量的护理价值。Objective To discuss the value analysis of the application of emotional care and traditional Chinese medicine copper head gua sha method in patients with insomnia.Methods From January 2024 to August 2024,50 patients with insomnia were randomly divided into control group and study group by coding closed envelope method,and each group contained 25 samples.The control group:the routine nursing mode was implemented,and the study group:on the basis of the nursing of the control group,emotional care and traditional Chinese medicine copper head scraping methods were implemented,and the significance of the study was based on:mood score,sleep quality score,and quality of life score.Results Compared with the control group,the score of anxiety and depression was lower in the study group (P<0.05),lower in the study group (P<0.05) than in the control group after intervention,and higher in the study group (P<0.05) than that in the control group after intervention.Conclusion The application of emotional care and traditional Chinese medicine copper head scraping method in patients with insomnia has a good nursing value of improving bad mood,sleep quality and quality of life.
