中药湿热敷与穴位艾灸护理用于气滞血瘀型慢性盆腔炎的效果

摘　　要：目的 分析中药湿热敷与穴位艾灸护理用于气滞血瘀型慢性盆腔炎的效果。方法 本研究选取2022年6月—2024年5月在本院妇科就诊的60例气滞血瘀型慢性盆腔炎患者为研究对象,并将其随机分为对照组(n=30)和实验组(n=30)。其中,对照组仅接受穴位艾灸护理,实验组患者则实施中药湿热敷结合穴位艾灸护理,观察并记录两组患者相关症状缓解的时间、盆腔积液改善的程度及生活质量评分方面的变化情况。结果 实验组患者在症状缓解时间、盆腔积液改善以及生活质量评分方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组患者下腹部坠胀、下腹部疼痛、腰骶部疼痛和阴道分泌物等症状缓解时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05);盆腔积液吸收速度加快;生活质量也比对照组要高(P<0.05)。结论 中药湿热敷配合穴位艾灸护理对气滞血瘀型慢性盆腔炎患者展现出积极效果,可有效缓解症状,加速盆腔积液吸收,并提升患者的生活质量。Objective This study was to evaluate the effects of traditional Chinese medicine wet hot compress combined with acupoint moxibustion nursing on symptom relief time,improvement of pelvic effusion and quality of life score of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with qi stagnation and blood stasis.Methods This study selected 60 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of qi stagnation and blood stasis in gynecology department of our hospital from June 2022 to May 2024.Patients were randomly divided into control group (n=30) and experimental group (n=30).The control group only received acupoint moxibustion care,while the experimental group received traditional Chinese medicine wet hot compress and acupoint moxibustion care.Symptom relief time,improvement of pelvic effusion and quality of life score were observed and recorded before and after treatment.Results The experimental group was superior to the control group in symptom remission time,improvement of pelvic effusion and quality of life score.Specifically,the relief time of symptoms such as lower abdominal distension,lower abdominal pain,lumbosacral pain and vaginal discharge was significantly shortened in the experimental group.The absorption rate of pelvic effusion was accelerated.The quality of life score improved significantly.Conclusion TCM wet hot compress and acupoint moxibustion nursing have a good effect on patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of qi stagnation and blood stasis,which can effectively improve the symptoms of patients,accelerate the absorption of pelvic effusion,and improve the quality of life of patients.
