摘　　要：目的 观察PDCA配合追踪方法学对病案管理工作效率及编码准确率的影响。方法 随机选取2023年1—12月本院220例患者的220份病历资料,基于数字表随机原则均分为对照组(追踪方法学)与实验组(PDCA配合追踪方法学),比较两组患者病历管理效果。结果 实验组患者甲类病案百分率及编码准确率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组患者编码错误率、病案管理工作效率指标相关数值及病案缺陷率指标均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 病案管理中PDCA配合追踪方法学可提升病案管理质量、工作效率及编码准确率,降低病案缺陷率。Objective To observe the impact of Plan-Do-Check-Action (PDCA) combined with tracing methodology on the efficiency of medical record management and the accuracy of coding.Methods A total of 220 medical records from 220 patients in our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were randomly selected and divided into a control group (tracing methodology) and an experimental group (PDCA combined with tracing methodology) based on a random number table.The management effects were compared between the two groups.Results The percentage of Class A medical records and the coding accuracy in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).The coding error rate,the relevant values of medical record management efficiency indicators,and the defect rate of medical records in the experimental group were all lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PDCA combined with tracing methodology in medical record management can improve the quality and efficiency of medical record management,enhance coding accuracy,and reduce the defect rate of medical records.
