摘　　要：目的 分析链式管理应用于侧卧位手术肿瘤患者中预防皮肤急性压力性损伤的效果。方法 回顾性分析本院2021年8月—2024年2月收治80例肿瘤患者的临床资料,所有入选者均接受侧卧位手术治疗,依据干预方案不同分为对照组(常规护理,39例)与观察组(链式管理护理,41例)。对比两组干预前后压疮Braden评分、舒适度,并比较两组护理满意度。结果 两组干预后压疮Braden评分较干预前均高,且观察组更高(P<0.05);两组干预后Kolacba舒适状况量表(GCQ)各维度评分较干预前均高,且观察组更高(P<0.05);干预后,观察组护理满意度较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论 链式管理应用于侧卧位手术肿瘤患者中预防皮肤急性压力性损伤效果显著,同时能够明显提高围术期舒适度与护理满意度。Objective To analyze the effect of chain management in preventing acute skin pressure injury in patients undergoing lateral position surgery.Methods The clinical data of 80 cases of tumor patients in our hospital from August 2021 to February 2024 were retrospectively analyzed.All the selected patients were operated in lateral position,and were divided into control group (conventional nursing,39 cases) and observation group (chain management nursing,41 cases) according to different intervention schemes.Compare the Braden score and comfort of pressure sore between the two groups before and after intervention,and compare the nursing satisfaction between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the Braden score of pressure sore in both groups was higher than that before the intervention,and it was higher in the observation group (P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of each dimension of Kolacba Comfort Scale (GCQ) in both groups were higher than those before the intervention,and the observation group was higher (P<0.05).After the intervention,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Chain management is effective in preventing acute skin pressure injury in patients undergoing lateral position surgery,and can significantly improve perioperative comfort and nursing satisfaction.
