耳穴压豆联合舒适护理改善慢性鼻窦炎术后患者疼痛和舒适度的回顾性分析

摘　　要：目的 探究耳穴压豆联合舒适护理改善慢性鼻窦炎术后患者疼痛和舒适度的临床疗效。方法 回顾性分析本院耳鼻咽喉头颈科2023年2月—2024年2月收治的60例慢性鼻窦炎行功能性鼻内镜术后患者的病历资料,依据是否进行耳穴压豆和舒适护理干预分为病例组和对照组,每组30例。对比两组患者的临床资料,并进行多因素分析,获得耳穴压豆联合舒适护理改善慢性鼻窦炎术后患者疼痛和舒适度的临床疗效分析。结果 采用疼痛评分量表(NRS)、抑郁评估量表(SDS)、焦虑评估量表(SAS)、满意度评分表、口咽舒适度评分表分析患者术后的疼痛和舒适度。术前,两组患者评分,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后,病例组6 h、12 h、24 h的疼痛情况和SDS评分、SAS评分均相对于对照组明显改善(P<0.05),满意度和口咽舒适度相对于对照组均有提升。结论 慢性鼻窦炎术后患者,应当重视患者术后疼痛和舒适度,尽早采取合适的干预措施,改善患者的不适症状。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of auricular point compression and bean compression combined with comfort nursing in improving pain and comfort of patients with chronic sinusitis after surgery.Methods The medical records of patients with chronic sinusitis who underwent functional nasal endoscopy admitted to the Department of Otolaryngopharyngeal Head and Neck of our hospital from February 2023 to February 2024 were retrospectively analyzed,and they were divided into case group and control group according to whether auricular point pressure and comfort nursing intervention were performed.Clinical data of the two groups were compared,and multi-factor analysis was performed.To obtain the clinical effect analysis of ear point compression bean combined with comfort nursing to improve the pain and comfort of patients with chronic sinusitis after operation.Results NRS pain rating scale,SDS depression rating scale,SAS anxiety rating scale,satisfaction rating scale and oropharyngeal comfort rating scale were used to analyze postoperative pain and comfort.There was no significant difference between the two groups before surgery,and the pain and comfort level of the case group at 6h,12h and 24h after surgery were significantly improved compared with the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Postoperative patients with chronic sinusitis should pay attention to postoperative pain and comfort,and take appropriate intervention measures as soon as possible to improve the discomfort symptoms of patients.
