摘 要:装配式混凝土路面通过工厂预制、现场装配的方式,省去了现场养护环节,从而实现了大幅缩短工期、降低施工成本,且对环境友好,并能提高路面质量的保障,可广泛应用于城市道路、公路、机场、港口及停车场等多种场景。装配式混凝土路面的关键设计内容包括路面结构组合及板厚设计、板块划分设计、板块构造设计、板块配筋设计与材料设计,对各个环节的主要设计方法、重点考量要素、设计要点、计算方法等关键技术进行了研究与介绍,并以城市道路修复工程为例,对装配式混凝土路面进行了全寿命周期成本分析。从全寿命周期内的直接经济效益上看,装配式路面方案相较于常规沥青路面结构组合方案具有一定优势。Through the factory prefabrication and on-site assembly of the prefabricated concrete pavement,the need for on-site maintenance is eliminated so as to greatly shorten the construction period and reduce the construction costs,which is also environmentally friendly and can improve the quality assurance of the pavement,and can be widely used in various scenarios such as urban roads,highways,airports,ports and parking lots.The key design contents of prefabricated concrete pavement include the pavement structure combination and slab thickness design,slab division design,slab structure design,slab reinforcement design and material design.The main design methods,key considerations,design essentials,calculation methods and other key technologies for each part are studied and introduced.Taking an urban road repair and maintenance project as an example,a full life-cycle cost analysis of prefabricated concrete pavements is conducted.From the perspective of direct economic benefits in the full life cycle,the prefabricated pavement scheme has certain advantages compared with the traditional asphalt pavement structures.
