摘　　要：只有构建一套面向中华文明现代力量的文化产业指标体系并开展评估实践,才能科学把握新时代新征程上我国文化产业的发展实际。本研究从发展环境、产业规模、发展质量、消费市场和国际影响五个维度进行了指标体系构建,并通过熵权TOPSIS法对我国2012—2021年的文化产业发展状况进行了实证分析。结果表明:新时代以来,我国文化产业持续向好;但同时还存在较大的提升空间,尤其是区域发展不协调的问题十分突出。今后,一方面要把对文化产业的重视提升到战略高度,另一方面要着重强化对中西部地区的扶持。Only by constructing a set of cultural industry indicator system for Modern Strength of Chinese civilization and carrying out evaluation practice,can we scientifically grasp the practical development of China's cultural industry on the new journey of the new era.This study constructs an indicator system from five dimensions:development environment,industrial scale,development quality,consumer market and international influence.The entropy weight-TOPSIS method was used to conduct an empirical analysis of the development situation of China's cultural industry from 2012 to 2021.The results show that since the new era,China's cultural industry continues to improve.However there is still significant room for improvement,especially in the issue of uncoordinated regional development.In the future,on the one hand,we should elevate the importance of cultural industry to a strategic level,and on the other hand,it is necessary to focus on strengthening support for the central and western regions.
