构建现代化产业体系对文化产业发展的影响研究

摘　　要：文化产业是我国国民经济的支柱性产业,在经济发展与人民生活中发挥重要作用。与此同时,现代产业体系支撑社会经济发展的重要作用日益凸显,有望助力文化产业发展,解决痛难点问题。因此,本研究利用2013—2021年中国31个省、自治区、直辖市的面板数据,基于双向固定效应模型,采用熵值法、工具变量法等方法,探究了现代产业体系对于文化产业发展的影响机制。研究发现,构建我国现代产业体系能直接或间接地促进文化产业的发展;在现代产业体系的不同维度中,科技创新、现代金融均能促进文化产业发展,而实体经济、人力资源的结果为负或不显著;机制分析表明,现代产业体系能够通过赋能数字经济发展和降低要素配置扭曲进而促进文化产业的发展。综上,本研究阐述了现代产业体系与文化产业发展的内涵与特征,实证检验了“现代产业体系—数字经济、要素配置扭曲—文化产业发展”这一路径及经济效应,并提出了切实可行的政策建议,为现代化理论注入了理论生机与实践依据。The cultural industry is a pillar industry of China's national economy,playing an important role in economic development and people's lives.At the same time,the role of the modern industrial system in supporting social and economic development is becoming increasingly prominent,which is expected to assist the development of the cultural industry and solve difficult problems.Therefore,this article uses panel data of 31 provinces(municipalities and cities)in China from 2013 to 2021,based on a bidirectional fixed effects model,and adopts methods such as the entropy method as well as the instrumental variable method to explore the impact mechanism of modern industrial system on the development of cultural industry.Research has found that the construction of a modern industrial system in China can directly or indirectly promote the development of the cultural industry;In different dimensions of the modern industrial system,technological innovation and modern finance can promote the development of the cultural industry,while the results of the real economy and human resources are negative or not significant;Mechanism analysis shows that modern industrial systems can promote the development of cultural industries by empowering the digital economy and reducing distortion in factor allocation.In summary,this article elaborates on the connotation and characteristics of modern industrial system and cultural industry development,empirically examines the path and economic effects of“modern industrial system digital economy,distorted factor allocation cultural industry development”,and puts forward practical and feasible policy suggestions,injecting theoretical vitality and practical basis for modernization theory.
