摘　　要：缸体是发动机的关键部件,为保证其曲轴孔,凸轮轴孔及两侧面其他孔的加工精度,从机床总体方案的设计,夹具中侧推消隙装置、液压让刀装置、中间支撑模架的设计,增加了加工过程中镗杆的刚性,提高缸体的工序能力指数。创造性地设计了机内避让装置,解决凸轮轴孔侧面处于底面安装面的后方,使机床能够顺利完成缸体从机械手到夹具间完美对接,对其他类型的工件的设计有借鉴作用。同时,对产品机械手的输送及切削参数的研究,为国内发动机缸体制造提供了一套解决方案,促进我国汽车发动机缸体关键工序加工国产化的进程。The cylinder block is a key component of the engine.In order to ensure the machining accuracy of its crankshaft hole,camshaft hole,and other holes on both sides,this article focuses on the design of the overall machine tool plan,the design of the side push back device in the fixture,the hydraulic knife-passing device,and the design of the intermediate support mold frame.It increases the rigidity of the boring bar during the machining process and improves the process capability index of the cylinder block.It creatively designs an internal avoidance device to solve the problem that the side of the camshaft hole is located behind the bottom mounting surface,allowing the machine tool to smoothly complete the perfect docking of the cylinder block from the robot to the fixture,which can be used as a reference for the design of other types of workpieces.At the same time,it studies the conveying and cutting parameters of the product′s robot.It provides a solution for domestic engine cylinder block manufacturing and promotes the localization process of key processes for domestic automotive engine cylinder block manufacturing.
