摘  要:为了解决忽略公差耦合效应可能导致误差预测结果不准确的问题,针对双导轨四滑块的直线轴,开展了公差耦合下的运动误差预测研究。首先,采用小位移旋量(SDT)对直线轴的零件设计公差进行建模;其次,利用蒙特卡洛法生成误差旋量;接着,基于多体系统与齐次变换矩阵建立运动误差传递关系,预测运动误差的实际变动区间带宽;最后,进行了算例研究,并对比了考虑和忽略公差耦合效应的预测结果。结果表明,忽略公差耦合的误差预测结果存在风险,验证了考虑公差耦合建模的必要性。In order to solve the problem that ignoring the tolerance coupling effect may lead to inaccurate error prediction results,a study on motion error prediction under tolerance coupling was carried out for linear axis with double guide rails and four sliders.Firstly,the small displacement torsor(SDT)was used to model the part tolerances of the linear axis.Secondly,the Monte Carlo Simulation was applied to generate the error torsor.Thirdly,the error propagation relationship was established based on the multi-body system and homogeneous transformation matrix to solve the actual variation interval bandwidth of the motion error.Finally,an arithmetic study was done and the prediction results considering and neglecting the coupled tolerance were compared.The results show that there are risks in the error prediction results when neglecting coupled tolerance,and the necessity of considering coupled tolerance modelling is verified.
