摘 要:文章针对石化企业防雷接地质量管理中存在的问题,基于电气防护标准开展研究。通过建立接地阻值智能化监测系统、采用防腐蚀接地连接端子工艺、制定防雷元件技术参数标准、优化接地连接点导电性能设计等方法,形成了系统化的质量管控体系。案例分析表明,该方法可使端子平均截面积提高108%,焊缝气孔发生率降低94%,5年后平均接地电阻降低96%,显著提升了石化企业防雷接地系统的可靠性与安全性。Aiming at the problems existing in the quality management oflightning protection and grounding in petrochemical enterprises,this paper studies on the basis of electrical protection standards.A systematic quality control system has been formed by establishing the intelligent monitoring system of grounding resistance,adopting the anti-corrosion grounding connection terminal technology,formulating the technical parameter standard oflightning protection element,optimizing the design of the electrical conductivity of the grounding connection point,etc.Case analysis shows that the method can increase the average cross-sectional area of the terminal by 108%,reduce the incidence of porosity in the weld by 94%,and reduce the average grounding resistance by 96%after 5 years,which significantly improves the reliability and safety oflightning protection grounding system in petrochemical enterprises.
