摘  要:顶空气相色谱法是一种广泛应用于挥发性有机化合物分析的技术,尤其适用于水样中低浓度有机物的快速检测。在化工行业中,废水中的甲醇含量监测对环境保护和废水处理具有重要意义。甲醇作为一种常见的有机溶剂,其在化工废水中的浓度直接影响到水质的安全标准和废水处理效率。因此,开发一种快速、准确的甲醇测定方法显得尤为重要。顶空气相色谱法以其独特的分离和检测能力,在此领域中展现了巨大的应用潜力。文章详细介绍了顶空气相色谱法在化工废水甲醇测定中的应用,同时结合实际案例展示了该方法在实际工业应用中的有效性和实用性。Headspace gas chromatography is a widely used technique for the analysis of volatile organic compounds,especially suitable for the rapid detection oflow concentration organic compounds in water samples.In the chemical industry,monitoring the methanol content in wastewater is of great significance for environmental protection and wastewater treatment.Methanol,as a common organic solvent,its concentration in chemical wastewater directly affects the safety standards of water quality and the efficiency of wastewater treatment.Therefore,developing a fast and accurate methanol determination method is particularly important.Headspace gas chromatography has shown great potential for application in this field due to its unique separation and detection capabilities.This paper provides a detailed introduction to the application of headspace gas chromatography in the determination of methanol in chemical wastewater,and demonstrates the effectiveness and practicality of this method in practical industrial applications through practical cases.
