摘  要:建立一种高效液相色谱法同时测定27%苯醚甲环唑·咯菌腈·噻虫嗪悬浮种衣剂中有效成分的分析方法。采用DAD检测器和Eclipse Plus C18色谱柱,以甲醇-0.05%磷酸水溶液(75∶25,体积比)为流动相,实现苯醚甲环唑、咯菌腈与噻虫嗪的分离与定量检测。结果表明:噻虫嗪、咯菌腈和苯醚甲环唑的线性相关系数分别为0.9999、1.0000和1.0000;标准偏差分别为0.02、0.01和0.03;相对标准偏差分别为0.07%、0.60%和1.33%;平均回收率分别为99.34%、99.23%和98.96%。该方法操作简便、线性关系良好、精密度高,适用于该复配制剂的快速准确质量分析。A high performance liquid chromatographic(HPLC)method with diode array detection(DAD)was established for simultaneous determination of difenoconazole,fludioxonil and thiamethoxam in 27%suspension seed coating.The separation was carried out on an Eclipse Plus C18 column with methanol-0.05%phosphoric acid aqueous solution(75∶25)as mobile phase.The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of thiamethoxam,fludioxonil and difenoconazole were 0.9999,1.0000 and 1.0000,respectively.The standard deviations were 0.02,0.01 and 0.03,the relative standard deviations were 0.07%,0.60%and 1.33%,and the average recoveries were 99.34%,99.23%and 98.96%,respectively.This method is simple,withgood linearity and high precision,which issuitable for quality control of the compound formulation.
