摘  要:渤海某采油平台主要承担生产污水处理任务,在生产污水处理系统运行中发现注水缓冲罐与污水罐的液位涨落呈现负相关性,即注水缓冲罐液位上涨时污水罐液位下降;注水缓冲罐液位下降时污水罐液位上涨,两个罐顶部均有氮气作为覆盖气。通过对氮气流程改造实现注水缓冲罐与污水罐共享顶部覆盖气,可节约制氮机电量消耗。流程改造后使氮气管网压力提高,提升了加气浮选器的水质处理效果,达到双赢目标。During the operation of the production sewage treatment system,it was found that the liquid level of the water injection buffer tank and the sewage tank showed a negative correlation,that is,the liquid level of the sewage tank decreased when the liquid level of the water injection buffer tank rose.When the liquid level of the buffer tank drops,the liquid level of the sewage tank rises,and nitrogen is used as covering gas at the top of the two tanks.By reforming the nitrogen flow,the top covering gas can be shared between the buffer tank and the sewage tank,and the consumption of the nitrogen generator can be saved.After the process modification,the pressure of the nitrogen pipe network is increased,and the water quality treatment effect of the aerated flotator is improved to achieve a win-win goal.
