摘　　要：在LNG接收站工程EPC项目中,进度计划的编制是极为重要的环节。科学合理地制定进度计划与五级计划,对于指导工程项目建设、管控进度起着至关重要的作用。文章介绍了运用P6软件编制进度计划以及运用Excel软件编制五级计划,及其在LNG接收站工程EPC项目中的应用。In the EPC project of the LNG receiving station,the preparation of the schedule is a crucial part.Scientifically and rationally formulating the schedule and the level 5 plan can play a vital role in guiding the project construction,managing and controlling the progress.This paper introduces the use of P6 software to prepare the schedule and the use of Excel software to prepare the level 5 plan,as well as their applications in the EPC project of the LNG receiving station.
