摘  要:随着国内天然气需求量日益增加,天然气长输管道成为投资的热点。天然气长输管道通过人口密集、建筑集中和自然环境恶劣的地区,对居民健康、自然环境和社会稳定等造成影响。通过对天然气长输管道高后果区的识别,提出高后果区风险评估指标体系,使用熵权-TOPSIS法确定指标权重,得到评估对象的风险等级。研究表明,文章提出了评估方法可以对天然气长输管道高后果区的风险进行评估,为天然气长输管道高后果区风险管理提供建议。With the increasing domestic demand for natural gas,long distance natural gas pipeline has become a hot spot ofinvestment.Long distance natural gas pipelines pass through densely populated,built-up and harsh natural environment areas,affecting residents’health,natural environment and social stability.Based on the identification of high consequence area oflong distance natural gas pipeline,the risk assessment index system of high consequence area is put forward,and the index weight is determined by entropy weight-TOPSIS method,and the risk level of the assessed object is obtained.The research shows that the evaluation method proposed in this paper can evaluate the risk of the high consequence area of the natural gas long distance pipeline,and provide suggestions for the risk management of the high consequence area of the natural gas long distance pipeline.
