摘 要:文章设计了一种基于有限元分析的化工管道外防腐层机械化修复方法。通过三维激光扫描获取管道表面的高精度模型,构建有限元模型并执行应力分析,识别防腐层的薄弱点和潜在破损风险。使用智能修复设备对防腐层进行精准修复,有效提高了施工效率和修复质量。通过案例应用,验证了该方法在提升防腐层性能及延长管道使用寿命方面的可行性和有效性。In this paper,a mechanical repair method of external corrosion protection layer of chemical pipeline based on finite element analysis is designed.A high-precision model of the pipeline surface was obtained through 3D laser scanning,a finite element model was constructed and stress analysis was performed to identify weak spots and potential damage risks in the corrosion coating.Intelligent repair equipment is used to accurately repair the anti-corrosion layer,effectively improving the construction efficiency and repair quality.The feasibility and effectiveness of this method in improving the performance of the anti-corrosion layer and prolonging the service life of the pipeline are verified by case application.
