汽包碱应力腐蚀失效分析及应对措施

摘　　要：汽包是水管锅炉的关键部件,是用以进行炉水软化、汽水分离和蒸汽净化,组成炉水循环回路并蓄存锅炉水的压力容器。汽包应用广泛,在工艺装置的炉水循环回路、汽水分离系统也被广泛使用。汽包锅炉水质常通过添加碱性物质软化,易形成碱应力腐蚀等腐蚀环境,对汽包的制造和使用提出高要求。文章通过对工艺装置用汽包腐蚀开裂失效的分析,为相关工艺装置中汽包的制造和使用提供指导,以利于设备长期稳定运行,降低生产成本,提高经济效益。The drum is a crucial component of water-tube boilers,functioning as a pressure vessel for boiler water softening,steam-water separation,steam purification,forming the boiler water circulation loop,and storing boiler water.Widely applied in process units,it is extensively used in steam-water separation systems and boiler water circulation loops.The water quality in boiler drums is often softened by adding alkaline substances,which can create corrosive environments such as alkali stress corrosion.This imposes stringent requirements on drum manufacturing and operation.Through analysis of corrosion-induced cracking failures in process unit drums,this paper provides guidance for drum manufacturing and operation in related process units.The findings are conducive to ensuring long-term stable equipment operation,reducing production costs,and enhancing economic benefits.
