摘  要:文章研究了轻烃回收装置气体分馏系统的优化设计,以提高资源利用率和产品品质。通过优化预处理、压缩冷却和分馏塔操作,显著提升了轻烃回收效率和能效水平。实验结果表明,优化后装置总能耗降低了14.9%,丙烷与丁烷回收率分别提高至98.2%和99.1%,产品纯度也有所提升。This paper investigates the optimized design of the gas distillation system in light hydrocarbon recovery units to enhance resource utilization and product quality.Through optimizing pretreatment,compression cooling,and distillation tower operations,there is a significant improvement in the efficiency oflight hydrocarbon recovery and energy efficiency levels.The experimental results show that after optimization,the total energy consumption of the unit decreased by 14.9%,while the recovery rates of propane and butane increased to 98.2%and 99.1%respectively,with an improvement in product purity as well.
