电解铝烟气干法净化系统问题探讨

摘  要:文章阐述了烟气净化系统存在除尘箱体密封和气动阀密封失效、VRI反应器吸附氟化物效率下降和滤袋破损等问题,提出在操作上提高新鲜氧化铝量与载氟氧化铝的进料比,降低载氟氧化铝的黏性,通过减少载氟氧化铝的循环次数、提升材质并镀防腐层,减少铁锈生成,同时增加粉碎机,避免原料中的大颗粒氧化铝料等措施。为进一步降低烟气中的氟化物,在除尘器之前引入少量的新鲜氧化铝,对烟气进行二次吸附,外排烟气中的氟化物含量由2.0 mg/m^(3)(标准态)减至1.0 mg/m^(3)(标准态)。另外,烟气的腐蚀性和冲击吹灰也是导致滤袋破损的主要原因,使用高质量滤袋、优化吹灰参数、同时加装滤袋限位器和上压套、优质滤袋骨架降低滤袋摩擦,优化反吹间隔和反吹时间分别降至10 s和2 s,在优化改造后滤袋使用寿命明显提升。This paper describes the problems in flue gas purification system,such as the failure of dust removal box seal and pneumatic valve seal,the decrease offluoride adsorption efficiency in VRI reactor and the damage offilter bag.It is proposed to improve the feed ratio offresh alumina to fluoride loaded alumina in operation,reduce the viscosity offluoride loaded alumina,and reduce the formation of rust by reducing the number of cycles offluoride loaded alumina,improving the material and plating anti-corrosion layer.At the same time,increase the crusher,avoid large particles of alumina in raw materials and other measures.In order to further reduce the fluoride in the flue gas,a small amount offresh alumina is introduced before the dust collector to carry out secondary adsorption on the flue gas,and the fluoride content in the exhaust flue gas is reduced from 2.0 mg/m^(3)(standard state)to 1.0 mg/m^(3)(standard state).In addition,the corrosion of smoke and impact soot blowing are also the main causes offilter bag damage,the use of high-quality filter bags,optimize the soot blowing parameters,at the same time install the filter bag stopper and upper pressure sleeve,high-quality filter bag skeleton to reduce the filter bag friction,optimize the back blowing interval and back blowing time to 10 s and 2 s,respectively,after the optimization of the filter bag service life significantly improved.
